Arkansas White Shepherds certifies that this puppy is purebred, pedigree is correct, and is eligible for registration with the AKC.   Application for AKC registration is supplied to the Buyer at the time the puppy is fully paid for.   Arkansas White Shepherds does not require the puppy to be spayed/neutered. 

The puppy is healthy, sound, socialized, has received  {1}  {2}  set/s of puppy shots.  The puppy has been examined by our veterinarian and has been treated for worms.  If a puppy is being shipped - the puppy will be thoroughly examined by our veterinarian prior to shipping.  Health and Kennel worming records will be mailed separately, upon the shipment of the puppy.   The health certificate will be included with the shipment of the puppy.

The Buyer must confirm a claim of illness or parasites within 72 hours by a veterinarian examination.  Arkansas White Shepherds does not guarantee against fleas. 

The puppies hips are guaranteed to pass OFA certification at 2 years of age.  Arkansas White Shepherds recommends preliminary hip x-rays at the age of 12 months.  If the owner and/or vet suspect a problem with the puppy’s hips, the owner/vet should send the x-rays to the OFA and ask for a preliminary opinion.  Arkansas White Shepherds will review the x-rays prior to dog replacement and reserves the right to request additional x-rays at the owner’s expense.  If the dog is bred prior to the age of 2 without hip x-ray - THIS WARRENTY IS NULL AND VOID. 

Arkansas White Shepherds assumes no responsibility for pigment fade or beige color that may appear on the coat (usually occurs seasonally or in extreme weather conditions). The dog's health is not affected by this.

This guarantee is null and void for any of the following reason:

     The dog changes ownership

     The dog is bred before 2 years of age, before hip x-ray or O.F.A. certification is obtained.

     Evidence of abuse and/or neglect is present.

Replacement puppies will be of equal quality as purchased puppy subject to quality availability. All delivery costs, including crate costs, of replacement puppy are the responsibility of the buyer.   

Buyer's Agreement

Buyer agrees to use “McCord‘s” as the first part of the dog's name on the AKC registration papers and will not alter, move or remove any part of "McCord‘s" from the registration papers. Failure to comply with this requirement voids all guarantees and agreements.

Buyer agrees to inform Arkansas White Shepherds of Buyer's current address and phone number & email address, if available, for the life of the dog.  Photos & current updates are highly appreciated and totally enjoyed!

Buyer agrees to maintain current vaccinations and preventive medical care, proper food, water and lodging. Furthermore, Buyer agrees not to tie or chain the dog unless supervised by an adult at all times.

Please know that at Arkansas White Shepherds we are dedicated to satisfaction and the enrichment of our dog’s lives. We want you to be happy, but we want our dogs to be happy and safe too. If you follow these small steps to ensure a healthy, happy puppy, you too will be completely satisfied.

Ø  Do not breed (intentionally or unintentionally) before hip X-ray.

Ø  Provide timely and correct vaccinations and preventative medical care to your puppy/dog.

Ø  Provide proper shelter, food and love to your puppy/dog.

(Highly Suggested) - Take your puppy to at least one beginning obedience class. These are highly intelligent dogs with unlimited potential but everyone concerned will benefit from this class.

Violation of the contract will constitute Buyer's unconditional surrender of the purchased dog and all registration documents at no cost to the Arkansas White Shepherds. Furthermore, any legal action is to be in the county of the Arkansas White Shepherd’s residence at time of claim.
